Delaware is a small state that is located in the mid Atlantic
states on the east coast of the United States. But what they
lack in size they make up for in appeal for family life and
offer a range of living conditions from the sandy beaches
of the Atlantic Ocean to the rolling hills in the western
part of the state. Their motto is that they are the first
state, and while I don't know if that is true or not they
do offer a great place for families to raise their children.
Delaware is also the home of many registered sex offenders.
Family safety should always be a priority, especially with
small children in the picture. You should have your child
fingerprinted periodically and many towns and cities offer
this as a free service, usually on an annual basis. It could
help to identify your child should you be separated by a distance.
